Tile is one of those things that a lot of people stress about…I think it has to do with the sheer number of options out there. When choices are essentially infinite, then a decision becomes very difficult. That is why the people are just as important as the product when it comes to tile.
So what do I mean when I say people, well, its about having people in your showrooms that can listen and understand the needs of a homeowner, of a designer, of any client that walks through the door. Its about those people knowing their product lines inside and out. Its also about their knowledge of what you will need to complete your install; meaning as homeowners we all like to focus on the tile, but you also need to make your grout selections; color, sanded or unhanded, acrylic, and what is best for what application. And last, its about their ability to deliver on time.
These are all the reasons that I personally worked with GST on my home, and why I take both my commercial and residential clients there. They have become extended members of my team, and I so appreciate what they bring to the table.
