paint
Paint is something people often overlook from a quality standpoint, and I can tell you not all paints are created equal. Not to get too nerdy here, but the color science that Benjamin Moore puts into their paints is absolutely incredible. I had the pleasure of working in their booth at KBIS 2020, and I was blown away by how much goes into these products. I have always know these guys as a quality product, but now I understand why that is. The below products are what I used in the firehouse.
All my color choices can be found in the room-by-room section
aura interior, matte & Semi-gloss
Absolutely blown away by both the coverage and the depth of color in this paint. I used this for all my ceilings, walls, doors, and trim throughout
Ceiling & Walls: Matte
Doors & Trim: Semi-Gloss
Outstanding durability
Stands up to repeated washing with no color rub-off
Extreme hide and coverage for fewer coats
advance interior paint, matte
I remember when people would ask me if it was a good idea to paint their cabinets as a way to save money, and I always said no…until now. Advance is an incredible paint that will adhere well to cabinetry and stand the test of time. I used this on my office built-ins and had it color matched to the charcoal in my JuJu Wallpaper.

I’ve gotten a ton of great feedback on social about my front door…well, this is the paint I used. The high gloss finish brings an incredible shine to the door.
Rich, lustrous finish
Excellent color retention and fade resistance
Easy, smooth application
For interior & exterior use
Lifetime Limited Warranty
corotech clear acrylic sealer, low lustre
I have done a lot of exposed brick walls over the last 15 years, and this is literally the only sealer I like. It is a true low lustre, meaning it does not change the look of the brick…there is nothing worse than having a reflective sheen on beautiful old brick.
Rapid dry
Soap and water clean-up
Can be used over a variety of substrates
Blister and alkali fume resistant
corotech epoxy mastic coating, semi-gloss
This is what I used on my garage floor. It goes down almost as easy as painting a wall; you mix the two parts and then roll it on. I also used a cast sand (meaning we threw sand into the floor once it was applied) for a non-slip, grippy surface. Moving motorcycles around a slippery garage is no fun.
Surface-tolerant mastic for marginal substrates
Hard scratch- and impact-resistant coating
Excellent for secondary containment
Qualifies for LEED credits
Suitable for use in USDA inspected facilities
